February 15 - Weekly Round Up
Happy long weekend, friends! With an extra day to mix things up, there are plenty of fun ways to sweat for free this weekend.
Pulse House of Fitness is still on Gilt City! I love their 30 minute LAB interval-training classes and they also offer VersaClimber classes if you’re looking for something new and exciting. Grab classes for prices as low as $10-$15/class.
Don’t forget to grab Xtend Barre Arlington’s New Year special before it’s too late. You get unlimited classes for two month for $99/month. I’ve got it for the past three years and LOVE it!
Here’s what’s on the radar this weekend:
Saturday: Fitbit Local is back with Core & Yoga Burn on Saturday at Eaton. (You get a chance to win an Fitbit or an Outdoor Voices gift card when you go!)
Sunday: Summit to Soul is kicking off their Sunday morning Pilates series. Your $10 ticket can be credited to an in-store purchase.
Sunday: Mix it up and try belly dancing (!!) at Outdoor Voices.
Monday: If you’re off Monday, head to lululemon at The Yards for a mobility workshop (and mimosas!).
Upcoming: New spin studio Good Sweat is hosting weekly free pop up spin classes in Rosslyn every Wednesday!
