LavaBarre in the Park

Fall into Fall with the studio Lava Barre and enjoy a 4 weeks series of barre classes! Every Tuesday, meet the team at Gateway Park for an hour of workout. Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, that focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Classes will be held from 6 pm to 7 pm on September 10, 17 and 24 and October 1 in Gateway Park.
