Self Isolating for Coronavirus? Here Are All the Free At-Home Workouts You Can Try *UPDATED*

Guys… it’s been a pretty crazy few weeks with the worldwide spread of COV-19 and new cases popping up closer and closer to home daily. While I in no way want to overhype the fear over this virus, I do recognize that folks may want to avoid large, sweaty groups of people in an effort to avoid contracting or spreading this virus.

So whether you’re working at home to stay healthy or because you just don’t feel like driving to the gym or your favorite studio, here are all of the free at-home workout trials you can take advantage of! (Listed in order of longest free trial to shortest.)

Daily Burn

What: An entire at-home workout program that includes a great variety of workouts with everything from HIIT to yoga to dance, all around 30 minutes, as well as some 10 minute workouts to add. I’ve done this trial before and really enjoyed the variety of workouts.

Cost: 30-Day Free Trial. After that, plans start at $10.49/month.

barre3 Online

What: barre3 is one of my favorite barre workouts that includes the repetitive, low impact moves of a regular barre class with a few more yoga-influenced postures than other barre classes.
