FREE: Virtual High Intensity Barre

Come join us for a virtual Sweat workout.  Britany Williams will be leading us through a High Intensity barre workout to celebrate the new program!

This is a chance to meet other women (and beyond!) following the programs by the SWEAT trainers: Kayla Itsines, Kelsey Wells, Chontel Duncan, Stephanie Sanzo, Sjana Elise, Ania Tippkemper, Phyllicia Bonanno, Britany Williams, Cass Olholm, and Sara Colquhoun. We are all about community and making new friends! This will be a full body workout that is good for all ages and abilities. Each move has multiple variations and we are more than happy to show you modifications. Start your Sunday off RIGHT with a sweaty workout!
