This is a chance to meet other women in the DC area doing the SWEAT programs: High Intensity with Kayla Itsines, Kelsey Wells' PWR, Chontel Duncan's FIERCE, Stephanie Sanzo's BUILD, Barre with Britany Williams, High Intensity Strength with Cass Olholm, Pilates with Sara Colquhoun, Yoga with Phyllicia Bonanno, and Yoga with Ania Tippkemper.
We are all about community and making new friends! This will be a full body workout that is good for all ages and abilities, and will consist of a mix of the new Sweat trainers' exercises. Each move has multiple variations and we are more than happy to show you modifications. Start your Saturday off RIGHT with a sweaty workout! Bring snacks and hang out afterwards for a fun picnic on the Mall.
All participants must adhere to CDC guidelines for your circumstances.
