Looking to get outside and enjoy nature?? Peaceful river views and green space, an oasis in the city! An all levels yoga flow at Jones Point Park will ground your senses, and get the body moving and connected...mind, body, spirit!
What to expect: This hour-long outdoor yoga class will feature beginner poses with variations for more experienced yogis. Please bring your yoga mat.
Things you will need: water, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, yoga mat.
Check-in will begin at 8:45 am and we will promptly begin at 9 am.
