Blake Davenport is the founder and CEO of the Davenport Group of Long and Foster Real Estate and Co-Founder of Discover Arlington + Discover the District. Blake is a former industrial engineer and his past experience includes IBM and Boeing. Blake turned his side hustle of being a part time real estate agent while working at IBM, into a booming Real Estate company and career. Arlington Magazine named Blake as one of the top real estate agents in the area. Besides Blake's real estate career, he co-manages the well know brand, Discover Arlington + and event planning company, Discover the District with his wife Leah. Blake and Leah are focused on growing these two brands in the area and turning Discover the District into a booming business. To say Blake is passionate about entrepreneurship + growing businesses, is an understatement.

Virginia's interest in fitness began as a young gymnast in Central Massachusetts, lead to her studying Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, competing as a nationally ranked NPC Figure competitor for 8 years, and 15 years of experience of fitness coaching. In 2016, Virginia and her husband Kris combined their experience in personal training with their entrepreneurial drive to open Bodymass, a comprehensive fitness company that combines strength training, nutrition coaching, body composition testing. Virginia is a passionate believer in improving people's lives and is excited to continue to drive change through Bodymass.

Speaker: Dan Graziano, Founder, MightyMeals

Dan Graziano, Founder & CEO of MightyMeals, made the leap from a fitness professional to business owner after years of personal training/coaching. Working towards the goal to make MightyMeals the best meal prep company in the country, Dan works hard to live a healthy, active lifestyle. He is proud that MightyMeals employs more than 20 people, helping the local economy while providing a fun, rewarding work environment.

Speaker: Dr. Kyle Paxton, Physical Therapist and Co-Owner, Performance Care Clinics

Dr. Paxton owns a group of physical therapy practices in the DC metro area that focuses on the active individual. He has built his companies to change the stagnant field of therapy and put the focus back on the individuality of the patient. He also owns a continuing education company that teaches professionals worldwide the latest techniques in the field.
