February will feature Whitley Miller, Founder of Healing Barre, guiding us through a heart-focused barre-flow. Barre, strength-building practices birthed from ballet, will be blended with yoga and meditaiton to inspire sweat and relaxation. Whitley's signature blend of practice will have you walking away feeling empowered to live a healthy and happy life from the inside out!
A limited number of mats will be available; we recommend bringing your own. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and set-up. Pre-registration through Eventbrite is highly encouraged, but does not guarantee your spot in class. In efforts to value your time and ensure safety for all, no late arrivals will be admitted.
