SweaterSipper presents Sweat & Sip with BOOMBOX Boxing Club! Join us for a 50-minute boxing and strength-training workout, concluding with refreshing beverages, snacks, and post-workout goodies from Brandless.

This class is a heart-pumping, full-body workout, great for any boxing novice or trained expert! Post-class, you'll be able to chat with trainers if you have questions about incorporating boxing into your workout routine.
