FREE: Laughter Yoga at Arlington Central Library

Laughter yoga is about laughing for no reason and having fun.

Laughter is known to reduces stress and the stress hormone cortisol. Our bodies do not know the difference between the intentional laughter we create during Laughter Yoga and the spontaneous laughter produced by a joke or comedy - but the benefits are the same.

Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
