Stretch, strengthen, and relax in this slower-paced yoga class with certified instructor Syreeta McDonald.
With longer-held poses, you’ll have the chance to develop endurance, healthy alignment, and a deeper understanding of the “how” and “why” of each pose. Participants should bring a mat, stretching strap (a scarf or towel works just as well), and water bottle. Participants are also welcome to bring a yoga block. All body types and experience levels welcome.
Classes will be held on select Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings throughout the summer.
