Core strength and engagement is the foundation of any yoga pose. Throughout class, you will be challenged to connect to your core and acknowledge its effects on each pose, exercise, and your balance. The class will guide you through a power vinyasa flow with the addition of squats, arms, cardio, and, of course, lots of core work. With two instructors, there will be an extra focus on assists and adjustments throughout practice.

A limited number of mats will be available; we recommend bringing your own. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and set-up.
