Hill Runners 3 mile run followed by BOOMBOX HIIT workout and cool down!

About this Event

BOOMBOX is a music-driven, boxing-inspired cardio and resistance workout fueled by a love for music, boxing and community. BOOMBOX instructor Imani Asher, will lead runners through a brief shadowboxing workout infused with HIIT movements and a cool down following our regular Hill Runners 3 mile route. We will introduce the 6 punches and a few defensive moves for a 20 minutes post-run workout. BOOMBOX will be raffling a 5-class package ( valued at $140). Swag-bags will be given out to each runner (quantities limited). Their studio is located in SE on the Capital Riverfront. Learn more here!
