Come join us for a sweat(y) workout inspired by the Sweat programs: BBG, PWR at Home, and FIERCE! All ages and abilities welcome - no experience needed! We will meet on the Washington Monument grounds for a workout, and afterwards we'll grab a healthy bite at Fruitive!
This is a chance to meet other women in the DC area doing the SWEAT programs: Kayla Itsines' BBG, Kelsey Wells' PWR, Chontel Duncan's FIERCE, and Stephanie Sanzo's BUILD. We are all about community and making new friends! This will be a full body workout that is good for all ages and abilities, and will consist of BBG, PWR at Home, and FIERCE exercises. Each move has multiple variations and we are more than happy to show you modifications. Start your Saturday off RIGHT with a sweaty workout!
