This January, join CorePower Yoga instructor Alix Montes as he guides you through the foundations of yoga.
Week 1: Intro to Yoga - Flow through an accessible yet challenging sequence that will empower your practice.
Week 2: Get the Strap, Hug the Block - Learn how to use yoga props like blocks and straps to make poses more accessible, or add a challenge.
Week 3: Transitions - Learn new ways to move through different postures.
Week 4: Arm Balances & Inversions – Energize yourself with various exercises that will help you feel comfortable going upside down.
6.30pm – Doors open
6.45pm – 7.45pm – Class led by Alix Montes
7.45pm – Class ends, time for questions, help with poses, and get to know other students.
$15 for an individual series
$30 for a 2-series pass
