Join us in Columbia Heights for Saturday morning yoga from 10-11am in the indoor space with The Midlands mural as our studio backddrop. You'll enjoy a creative one hour vinyasa flow and The Midlands' staff will be on hand to provide libations immediately following. The $15 ticket includes Yoga, DogfishHead Namaste Wit-bier, and Community (All for less than the price of a drop-in)!
