Join us for the July installment of well+read : a practice for the body & the brain. Our mission is to create a monthly community to challenge (& change) our bodies, our minds, & our notions of ourselves, together.

 This month, we're switching things up with our physical practice and introducing an added element of mindfulness to the mix. Erin Sonn, yoga instructor & mindfulness coach, will lead us through a 30 minute mindful yoga flow with a 15 minute extended Savasana with guided meditation to put us in a peaceful headspace before we grab our baked goodies and wine and transition to our article discussion.

When to arrive: 7:15pm (class will begin at 7:30pm).
