When it comes to health, nutrition and fitness, there’s a ton of information out there. That’s the problem. There’s so much information that seems to conflict and is disorganized. So where do we start? The good thing is, there is a ton of information out there but the bad thing is, there is no form of application that supports or demonstrates what’s best for you. Which in a way is a good thing because when it comes to your diet, it gets personal. Trying to change your habits and lifestyle with just “information” is like learning to do your own surgery or fly a plane simply by surfing blogs or reading the hottest clickbait. Meh, not a great idea. Sadly, month after month, year after year, people continue to try the latest, greatest diet (or supplement or whatever) to only give up or alter it to their liking a couple of weeks later in sheer frustration as they look in the mirror or step on the scale to find little to nothing has changed. Not to mention that the latest and greatest just isn’t that sustainable, yet we've been convinced by influencers and marketers that quick fixes like 8-minute abs or beach bod in 2-weeks WORK! Right?
If this sounds like you, We're here to tell you that it’s not your fault.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Prior to our conversation, we'll be strolling through as a group at Rock Creek. We'll make sure to send you the entry point so we're organized ahead of time, but we'll be racing to Picnic Area #6. When we sit, Carmen will lead an education lesson through food, body composition, metabolic rate, hormones, diet phases, and the applications used to create food/diet sustainability. We'll be chowing down on a meal provided by Territory. Please let us know any dietrary restrictions ahead of time.
