A(s)sana is a 1-hour yoga/strength training fusion class happening the Loft at Georgetown. We'll wake up our bodies (and butts in particular) with breath, postures, mobility, and mini band exercises. This class might have elements you've seen before but it's not a class you've ever taken since Kasia (FRC mobility specialist, 500 hr yoga instructor, & strength training coach) designed it herself specifically for this series. We are extending this October series into November on the following Mondays: 12th, 19th, and 26th.
