Join us for the October installment of well+read : a practice for the body & the brain. Our mission is to create a monthly community to challenge (& change) our bodies, our minds, & our notions of ourselves, together.

 

This month, we're changing the wellness component with a high-intensity Versaclimber class - 30 minutes of the most efficient cardio party in DC! 

 

Post-sweat session, we'll transition to our article discussion with refreshments from Sip City DC, alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments and small bites!
